Taylor Swift's name in full has been changed to Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on the 13th, 1989 West Reading, Pennsylvania U.S.A. Taylor Swift became famous as a singer and songwriter from the start of 2001 thanks to her songs about heartbreak. Swift began to show an interest in the arts at an early age and she quickly progressed from roles in children's theatre and her first public appearance in front of a crowd of thousands. She was age 11 when she sang The Star-Spangled Banner before a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game and the following year she took up guitar and began to write songs. Swift sought inspiration from singers of country music like Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks and now the Chicks to come up with original songs in which she expressed the feeling of alienation that she felt around the age of thirteen. Swift was forced to move from Pennsylvania along with her parents and moved to Tennessee, Hendersonville. she was 13 to commit greater time in wooing the bands of the country genre in Nashville.
